Seu Jorge Private Concert in the Lounge — On the eve of the final concert of their North American Tour, Brazilian musicians Seu Jorge and Almaz performed an intimate concert for friends and family in the lobby lounge at Palihouse. Guests enjoyed an hour long set before joining Seu Jorge for an afterparty on the rooftop, cocktails sponsored by Sagatiba Cachaca.

Hotter than July — Donovan Leitch and Alex Eden collaborated to perform a night of eclectic music on the rooftop. Antonia von Salm, artist and granddaughter of style icon Millicent Rogers, decorated the rooftop to be a Gypsetter's dream, featuring lush plants, Moroccan inspired lounges, a Hula garden, outdoor tee-pee disco dance floor and swings, all under the stars and surrounded by 360 views.

Eva Mendes Charity Cocktail and Screening — Eva Mendes and IN-House Series hosted a charity event screening of the actress's favorite classic film, NETWORK, to help raise awareness and funds for Film Aid International. Guests were treated to Moet and hors d'oeuvres while watching the film in the lobby lounge. The event was sponsored by St. Tropez Tan.
